Ecuador, 1866, 4r red, horizontal pair and single, pair wide oval positions 25-26, single narrow oval position 27, in combination with 1865, ½r blue + 1r yellow ochre, horizontal pair (2, 4) on wrapper to Guaranda, all tied by both red and black "3154" dotted lozenge handstamps, red "Quito, Nov 27, 71" cds, with manuscript "1 La. 13 oz" weight notation at upper right; ½r and left 1r with light pre-use creases, otherwise Very Fine.
