Complete sheet of 100 from plate #170, with first 3 vertical rows type II and next seven type III, o.g., never hinged, beautifully bright and fresh, perf separations between 5th and 6th horizontal rows affecting left margin plate block, Fine, a lovely and rare exhibition piece, one of the few surviving sheets containing the type II-III combination. Scott No. 266-267 $4,841.
The type II-III combination was only produced from plate #170 and from only the upper left pane, as the remaining panes from this plate were type III.
