Postmarked with "Rosario" double circle postmark & franked with Great Britain 1858-69 2d blue + 1873-80 3d rose strip of 4 tied in transit by "Buenos Aires" cds & London numeral "70" barred oval with red London cds at top, two different San Francisco postmarks, Argentina 1c used on reverse to seal flap tied by San Francisco instructional handstamp and turned up for display, original enclosure included, Extremely Fine.
