In mounts in 2 Scott albums with exceptional completion throughout; with near complete 1868-70 NGC issues, Empire and Reich issues to 1949 with regular issues virtually complete from Germanias on and mostly mint from 1920's, semi-postals missing only the rarer souvenir sheets, complete airmails including used Zeppelins (cat $2,320), officials & occupations, 2nd volume with 1919-59 Plebiscite Regions from Allenstein to Serbia including Memel, Marienwerder, Saar, etc.; condition a little mixed as to expected with overall condition above the norm, well worth careful inspection. Estimate $1,500 - 2,000.
