Blue straight line steamship handstamp on 1896 cover to Alameda, Cal., franked with 1895-98 5c ultramarine tied by "San Jose del Cabo, B.C., Dic 11, 96" cds, transit including Ensenada and receiving backstamps; included a 1895-98 1c with partial purple Orizaba oval date stamp, Very Fine, the only recorded example of this steamer marking.
