Used collection mounted on album pages; with roulette Coat of Arms including 1860 issues and selection of 1866 issues including 1m, 1875-82 set complete and the later issues up the high values, Russia types to mid-values, Arms of the Republic issue missing a couple stamps for basic completion of issues, regular issues complete thereon, semi-postals missing only one lesser issue, #C1, etc., also includes a small study of postmarks on issues 1860-1940's; condition overall just a little mixed in early issues with stamps selected for light or neat town cancels overall; worth evaluation.Estimate $750 - 1,000.
