Light discernible strike of oval handstamp on mourning cover to San Francisco, Mexico 10c black single tied by "Mazatlan, 15 Feb, 1875" cds, "San Francisco, Cal., Mar 11" receiving cds (Williams SAF-600), "3" due handstamp with "Advertised" and "Not Found" in circle handstamps, reverse with 8-line "address to street no." directive handstamp, "San Francisco, Cal., Advertised, Mar 22" and blue "Dead Letter Office, May 12, 1875" cds's, Very Fine, a very later usage of this steamship marking and a rare unclaimed usage originating from Mazatlan.
