Large part o.g., centered perfectly amid huge well balanced margins, radiantly rich color, a Superb jumbo, quite certainly one, if not the finest example in existence, this being the high graded Agricultural issue and one of four Departmental issues to obtain this grade with none higher, this being the only mint example; with 2008 P.S.E.
