Middletown Point, Manmouth Co., N.J. Town & county postmark on two different covers from the same correspondence, 1st is 1848 folded cover with neat cds with Month slug & manuscript date, 2nd is different type postmark used in 1849, but with no Month slug, month & date in manuscript, both with Roman numeral "V" rate marking, Very Fine and choice, both with unusually clear strikes. Estimate $100 - 150.
