Small lot of four cover franked with two 3¢ 1851 issue from San Francisco to the East, one of which is an orange brown pair, also included is a cover from Boston franked with two 3¢ 1851 & forwarded from San Francisco to Sonora with handstamped "5" rate marking, a single 3¢ 1851 on cover to Alviso, Ca., plus a 1¢ 1851 on unsealed cover with "via Panama" endorsement & adhesive tied by New York grid, cover undoubtedly originated in San Francisco paying the circular rate, mixed condition, F.-V.F. Estimate $400 - 600.
