Two strikes of double circle postmark (similar to Bomar N07-06A, however the date slug appears to be hand applied) on 2¢ Postal entire additionally franked with two 5¢ Jamestown tied by indistinct magenta boxed cancel, return address of "U.S. Gov't Building, Jamestown, Va.", Very Fine, a very rare marking of which this is the latest known usage by 5 months.
