Jackson, Augusta, Georgia", carried by Military courier to Richmond where it was forwarded to Augusta with 1863 10¢ blue tied by "Richmond, Va." cds, adhesive with some gum staining & minor faults, Very Fine and rare; signed with Weill handstamp.
