Crocker & Co., Liverpool" handstamp and "Liverpool, Fe 22, 60" cds, entered the U.S. mails with "Portland, Me., Am. Pkt., 24, Mar 13, 1860" exchange cds with stamp and forwarding postmark applied over, "3 cents" forwarding due handstamp crossed out, Very Fine, an unusual and very rare usage.
