Pa., 5cts, Sep 5" integral rate cds with second strike alongside; local with large expertly repaired tear at top, Very Fine appearance, a very rare combination especially tied on cover, combination listed but unpriced in Scott, ex Emerson; with 2009 P.F. certificate.
