Margins large to just into frameline at bottom right, vertical creases from file fold, uncanceled on 1848 folded letter to New York City, in combination with 1847, 5¢ brown (couple unnoticeable faults) tied by blue "Philada Pa., 5cts, Jun 29" cds, F.-V.F., An extremely rare usage of the Telegraph Despatch Post Office stamp and the only known to the mails usage in combination with the 1847, 5¢ issue, one of only five on cover usage known, ex-Chapman, Brown; with 2009 P.F. certificate.
