Top right sheet margin plate block of 20 with plate "No. 304", letter "G1" and imprint, o.g., top center pair hinged, others never hinged, showing unusual print offset in top margin and into some of stamps, rich color and very fresh, few perf reinforcements, F.-V.F., this being The Discovery Example of the Rare Plate No. 304, which was listed as unreported in the 2000 Durland catalog and not listed until the 2005 edition when this plate block was reported.
