"12" rate (10¢ plus 2¢) on incoming cover to Petersburg, Va., very slightly age toned, most of backflap removed and slightly reduced at top, Fine and scarce, carried on the blockade-runner Mary Ann arriving from Nassau on Feb. 10, 1864, ex-Lehman and Everett.
