Monadnock" handstamp and additional "U.S. Gov't Employees Letter., J.A. Fealy, Supt. Military Station No. 4, Cebu" straight line handstamp; sealed cover edge tear at bottom, F.-V.F., reported to be the only example of this Employees Letter handstamp.
