Cds with matching straight line "Paid" & "5" rate handstamps on cover addressed to Gordonsville, Va., part of flap torn away, Very Fine, a lovely item from the Confederate occupation of Romney, a very rare cover, very few Confederate stamps reached West Virginia, so most covers originating there were handstamped.
