In light blue (Dietz F13-4, verse 14) on cover franked with a pair of 1862 5¢ blue, local print pen-canceled with manuscript postmark "Buffalo Paper Mills, N.C., April 5t", boldly addressed to New Center P.O., S.C. in blue ink nearly identical to the color of the flag; stamps with gum stains, Very Fine, A unique combination of a rare design and a rare industry postmark.
