Prepaid the correct treaty rate for under 1/3 ounce of January 1st 1870 of 10 cents using a 1869, 10¢ yellow. Reverse bears "NEW YORK PAID ALL BR TRANSIT / JAN / 25" departure and the La Tremblade arrival for February 7th.
