In blue (Weiss C-A-D-48/L-930 var.) on cover franked with 1861 1¢ blue and 5¢ buff tied by light target cancels, postmarked neat "Prescott, Wis./Nov 25 " cds to Silver Creek, N.Y.; opened a bit roughly at left causing a tear at top left, 5¢ stamp with tiny perf tears, otherwise F.-V.F., a very rare make up of the double 3¢ rate using the 1¢ blue and the 5¢ buff.
