Lovely set of blocks of 4, all never hinged although a few values have tiny to larger adherences from black mount backing, almost always affecting only one stamp in the block; 8¢ Kansas without any adherence and centered VF; otherwise most blocks are F-VF, blocks of 4, o.g., never hinged, mostly F.-V.F. or better.
