Orange label on 3¢ green entire with company frank to San Francisco, label applied over illegible Wells, Fargo & Co. magenta handstamp, most probably that of Hawthorne, with manuscript "Val $10/Pd", slightly reduced at right & open on three sides, Very Fine and scarce. Estimate $100 - 150.
