Old script style imprint (Dietz type V) on blue legal size cover franked with 1863 2¢ red brown (mostly large margins, just shaving at left) tied by Richmond, Va./Aug. 26, 1863 cds and used locally, arrival docket at right, cover with several light folds (none of which affect the franking), F.-V.F., a nice Official usage with the 2¢ "Red Jack"; with 1984 P.F. certificate. Estimate $300 - 400.
