The 1¢, 5¢, 10¢ & 15¢ values affixed to piece from page, rich colors, fresh and F.-V.F., rare, it is evident that the 2¢ and 4¢ from the later change of colors were not affixed to the book as their colors were similar to the earlier issue, this set is unique, with 1981 B.P.A. certificate.
