D San Francisco M.O.B. cds on reverse; light file fold, otherwise Very Fine, a Great Rarity With One of Only Two Examples of This California Note Type Known.

One of most recent postal not census only 28 California notes of all types were recorded and this note was not among them. Only one type PN5 note was listed and only 13 other notes bear a 7 cents value.
