Jun 5, 1894, Martin type PN7 printed by Dunlap & Clake of Philadelphia, made out for one cent, Portland M.O.B. cds; hinged remnants on reverse, fresh and Very Fine, a choice note of a group of about 70 Portland notes prepared and signed by E.O. Norton in May and June 1894 as the use of postal notes was coming to an end.
