The 1926-D is a very rare mintmarked issue from the 1920s and one that has remained unaffected by the hoards of other dates that have surfaced in Europe over the past four decades. A gorgeous coin in a first generation green PCGS holder, Mintage 481,000 (PCGS Pop. 3 in MS-60, 145 graded higher, the highest grade being a single MS-66+ example, and a total of 176 in all grades, 10/15/11).Estimate $10,000 - 15,000.
