Great Britain, 1902-11, The Sheppard-Bingham correspondence, group of 22 cover and 8 postcards, all illustrated by one Edward (Teddy) Bingham, a British sailor, and sent to his girlfriend, Mabel Sheppard, who, sometime in 1908, apparently became Mrs. T. Bingham; the illustrations feature a wide variety of comic scenes, most with dialogue, a few on ships' stationery (HMS Essex and Africa); the first cover, dated Jan of 1902 bears a 1d lilac, the rest are franked with various Edwardian singles and are cancelled at numerous different British ports, a Fine and amusing group.
