1875 (Mar. 25) Charleston, S.C. to Havre, France, printed circular outer sheet with blue "Charleston S.C. Mar 26" cds and bearing 1873, 2¢ brown tied by matching blue cork cancel, red "N.Y.P.O. Paid Mar 30" exchange cds, carried on Guion Line Wisconsin that departed New York Mar. 30th to Queenstown arriving Apr. 10th, red Havre (4.12) entry datestamp and matching "PD" framed h.s., Very Fine, one of only two recorded examples of the 2¢ circular rate under this convention.
