The Anderson C.H. provisional envelopes were prepared using the "Paid" handstamp, which was used on both drop and regular postage rates. The ratings for the 5¢ and 10¢ envelopes were added, but the 2¢ drop rate envelopes have just the "Paid" handstamp.
