1981-1988 Flag Coils Specialized, 20¢ Flag over Supreme Court issue, many 100's mint & used neatly presented on quadrille pages, emphasis on plate numbers, color shifts, shades, varieties, misprints, miscuts, misperforations, in pairs, strips of 3 & strips of 5, used plate # singles, tagging varieties, every conceivable kind of variation from the normal; includes over 160 mint examples, also a few covers; also a binder with many 100's 25¢ Flag over Yosemite mostly strips of 5, with phosphorus & block tagging varieties fully identified, most plate numbers present with modest duplication, some strips of 3, face value about $150 for Yosemite issue, needs a much closer examination.
