1905, "Registered, Sep 25 1905, Exposition Station, Portland, Oregon", complete strike of framed postmark on Lewis and Clark Centennial Exposition multicolor ad cover bearing two 1903, 5¢ blue singles, guidelines at left, cancelled by "Portland, Ore. / Exposition Sta." framed postmark (Bomar P05-06) to New York City; one stamp with perf flaws and light vertical fold affects other, a Very Fine use, One of only eight recorded examples of this registered postmark.
