Aug 17" cds to A.H. Stephens in Richmond Va., docketing states "M. H. Wellborn, Warrenton, Ga Aug 17th 1861 solicits from Mr. Stephens for his friend Dr. W J. Walker the post of surgeon or assistant"; top edge repaired, Very Fine appearance, One of 11 re-rated Warrenton Ga. provisionals recorded by Crown.
