Circle of Wedges, four-strikes ties two 3¢ ultramarine (114) singles and two 3¢ ultramarine, split grill (114 var.) singles, on 1869 cover to Dublin, Ireland, partial red "New York Paid All" exchange cds, probably carried by Cunard Line Java from New York Jun. 15th to Queenstown arriving Jun. 24th, reverse with Dublin (6.25.69) arrival cds; right stamp small flaws, Very Fine; with 2010 P.F. certificate.
