(1.14) arrival cds; partial flap missing, right 2½d faulty at right, F.-V.F. Estimate $500 - 750.
The cover is addressed to "Picton, Prince Edward Co., Canada West" and confusion arose. Prepaid 5d at two-times the 2½d per ½ oz. rate effective October 1, 1875.
