AN EXTREMELY RARE EXAMPLE OF THE RED NEGATIVE BRIGG'S DESPATCH "2" CIRCULAR HANDSTAMP.
Abt believed this circular and another from the same correspondence were addressed beyond the old Philadelphia city limits, and Brigg's chose to put them into the post office rather than go beyond his legal limits of delivery.
