Uruguay, 1866, 15c yellow, imperforate, trisected, right third of stamp tied by Rocha oval handstamp on 1866, 5¢ blue postal front addressed to Montevideo, initially misdirected to Rocha with Montevideo transit (19.7.1870), having been the addressee's surname "Rocha" mistaken for the name of the Rocha city, then franked with third of 15c value paying the single rate, with double oval of Colonia as transit and Montevideo cds (5.8.1870) alongside, F.-V.F., postal stationery envelopes with additional franking are very scarce with this franking being unique, illustrated in the "Uruguay Filatélico" of 1939, ex-Lee & Podestá; with 2008 C.
