Bermuda, 1931 First Transatlantic Commercial Flight Attempt by Mrs. Beryl Hart and Lt. William MacLaren, January 7, 1931; with both the cacheted card signed by MacLaren and cacheted cover both with St. Georges Jan 8 backstamp and both refranked with Bermuda stamps for local mail delivery, the flight only made it this far and the plane and pilots were never heard from again on their way to the Azores leg of the trip, Very Fine and choice, based on the Cwiakala book there are only 39 cards and 7 covers recorded for this flight.
