Bermuda, 1938 Hamilton, Bermuda to New York, N.Y., Hamilton Feb 2, 1938 cds ties various KGVI low values making the 9d air rate to N.Y. on commercial air/special delivery underpaid cover with U.S. 1¢ Bureau + 3¢ Washington, three singles (632+720) making up the prepayment of the special delivery rate and then with Bermuda due mark rated at high 180 centimes that was paid by 36¢ of U.S. due stamps (flaws from cover overlapp) applied to the front, F.-V.F., apparently underpaid by 9d and charged at double penalty rate, though the special delivery portion was correct, an attractive and scarce combination franking. Estimate $150 - 200.
