Rogers' "Postal Note" uses comprising front only with blue background and preprinted return address bearing 3¢ green (184) from Port Huron Mich., blue background and no pre-printed return address bearing 2¢ #210 from Spencer Mass., and the late light gray background printing with "Ernst Besser & Bro., Stationers, Buffalo" preprinted return address bearing #210 to Eire Pa., 1880s "Lockwood Brooks & Co., Boston" lettersheet used Springfield Mass. with 3¢ #184 (left and bottom tabs intact), and 1878 "The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York" lettersheet use without tabs uprated with 3c #158, etc., F.-V.F. and interesting group.
