Co., Louisville, Ky., 307 Green, blue circular handstamp on U.S. 1853, 3¢ Nesbitt entire addressed to Charlotte C.H., Va., carried to the lines and entered the mails with blue "Nashville, Ten., Aug 4, 1861" cds with matching "Paid" straight line and "10" rate handstamp; partial backflap and skillfully restored along top edge with small portion of express marking added, Very Fine appearance, it is believed that less than 35 southbound American Letter Express usages exist with only five examples recorded with this marking.
