Consul General, deemed double-weight and San Francisco "25 CTMS T" due handstamp struck at lower right, Yokohama Meiji (1.13) arrival backstamp, deficiency paid with Japan 10s brown orange (79) tied by brown Japanese character framed handstamp, matching "Due '10' " in circle handstamp below; couple small flaws, Very Fine and scarce Columbian Issue-Japan combination.
