Bermuda, 1865, Queen Victoria, 1d pale rose, perf 14, tied by "St. George's, Bermuda, No 1, 80" cds and "2" barred oval duplex on locally addressed cover to the newly elected mayor; stamp with a couple small corner creases, Very Fine, in this first duplex series, two instruments were supplied to St. Georges, this duplex is the scarcer, recorded for only ten months at the end of 1880.
