AN EXTREMELY RARE 1871 5C COAT OF ARMS MULTIPLE PAYING THE DOUBLE INTERNAL RATE.

Recorded by Goodman on page 52, who records just this one cover with a pair of 5 centavos adhesives, there are however, two recorded thus - another from the same correspondence (ex-Miguel Ricoy) with one stamp repaired.
