Hawaii, Stamp & Postmark Balance, small group of 20 items mostly used; includes a rare 1859 1¢ Numeral issue (Scott 12, cat $15,000) with red "Postage Paid" in oval handstamp (defective and stained), selection of ship marking including scarce "Kilauea Hou" and "Hall" date stamps, 1893 overprint varieties including #57 with split overprint, #69 with nick in "G", #72f, some good townmarks, 1893 5¢ double overprint cut square used (U11b, cat $400), #R9 mint (cat $375), also includes 5 fake manuscript cancel items (with certs), etc. Estimate $1,000 - 1,500.
