Jan 29" exchange backstamp and matching red "12" credit credit h.s., carried by Inman Line City of Washington from New York Jan. 29th to Liverpool arriving Feb. 11th, red boxed "Aachen Franco" transit handstamp and magenta "fr 1" sgr credit, Basel (2.15) transit and Laufenburg (2.16) arrival cds, red crayon "3" kr due rating; 10¢ stamps small flaws, otherwise Very Fine use at the 35¢ Prussian Closed Mail rate.
