"Elcano", in combination with Revenue, Provisional, 1898, 40c Sello + 10c Movil Especial, red "CHS" initials of Lieut. C.H. Sleeper, strip of five (349A) tied by boxed handstamps; file folds affecting strip, F.-V.F., the only reported combination use of the 1899 1p Sello issue on document as well as a very early use of this issue (Warren 366).Estimate $400 - 600.
