Paris to London (Pli Confié), small envelope franked with 10c + 20c Empire Lauré, given directly to Aeronauts with rare red circular "REPUBLIQUE-FRANÇAISE, 1 Aerostiers, Nadar-Dartois, Duruof" handstamp of the "Compagnie des Aérostiers" struck on reverse, stamp tied in transit by "HP 2" (Havre-Paris) railway losange, red London arrival marking of Nov. 4, minor corner wear & small opening tear affecting marking, F.-V.F., carried by the Garibaldi.
